IBO BY BIKE
Take a guided tour by bike or create your own discovery of Ibo on two wheels
Getting to know Ibo by bike is a fun and active way to discover the island. There are two possible routes you can take with your guide, one lasting an hour that takes you around the central historical locations of the island, the other is 3 hours long and gives you the opportunity to discover some of Ibo’s wilder landscapes.

Duration: 1 – 3 hours
Meeting point: Praça dos Trabalhadores (next to Miti Miwiri)
Maximum group size: 8
Cost: 3 hour tour 1.500 MTN + 400 MTN for each extra person, 1 hour tour 1.000 + 300 MTN for each extra person (price includes bike).
What to bring: water, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, comfortable clothing, good shoes.

The one-hour tour is limited to the historical centre. On the 3 hour tour you can explore the villages surrounding the town, the beautiful beach of Mujaca and the coconut plantation.
It is also possible to rent a bicycle: 2 hours costs 300 MTN + 100 MTN for each additional hour. Full day hire costs 1000 MTN.
Please note: on tours that visit the inhabited areas of the island, please respect the local culture and wear clothing that covers shoulders and knees.
